Recap of A Week at our side event “Web3 Data Dance: Analyze, Build, and Connect!” during the KBW2024 and Aptos Experience

TL; DR

1) Hosted our own event: "Web3 Data Dance: Analyze, Build, and Connect!"
2) Co-hosted two events with partners.
3) Spent four days at KBW2024 and Aptos Experience.

Greeting builders,

We hope you had a smooth journey back from KBW2024 last week!

Showcasing new release: Datasquare that fits everyone in Web3 space

Last week at #KBW2024 was nothing short of incredible! As you may have noticed that we hosted our side event called "Web3 Data Dance," where we introduced Nodit and announced our latest service, "Datasquare." This new service is revolutionizing access to detailed blockchain data for developers, analysts, and businesses, allowing users to easily find token prices, addresses, transaction counts, and more using our powerful tool.

High-Quality Panel Discussions from Industry Leaders and Distributors

Additionally, our panel partners from Alcove, MoveSpiders, Encode Club, CoinMarketCap, Footprint Analytics, Chainalysis, ERAGON, Merkle Trade, and Supervillain Labs shared valuable insights during the panels. We discussed some of the most exciting trends and keywords in the blockchain development community in China, Vietnam, and Europe. We also focused on the challenges of tracking blockchain data from different infrastructure providers, such as handling the vast amounts of historical crypto market data, managing diverse chain coverages, and how teams typically conduct crypto investigations. These topics really caught the attention of builders. We also discussed key factors for managing data in blockchain-based games, how to deal with large data volumes, and the challenges of handling real-time data with Aptos-based dApps.

The feedback from the audience was fantastic after the panels! Many found the discussions super helpful and engaging. Also, we would like to show our huge thanks to Kevin, Developer Growth Lead at Aptos, for doing a fantastic job moderating Panel 1, and to David, Head Architect at Aptos, for introducing Aptos gems like “Tapos” and giving us the phrase "Nodit makes Aptos easy," which helped people understand Nodit’s role.

Web3 Startup Cloud Program offered by GCP

Additionally, we were pleased to have Jimi Lee, Web3 Account Manager at Google Cloud, introduce how Google Cloud supports Web3 and AI projects through their Web3 Startups Cloud Program. As an official Google Cloud partner, Nodit provides references for our clients to receive up to $200,000 in credits, making it easier to enter the Web3 space.

Builder’s Dance Stage: Learn in NODIT & APTOS

On the flip side of the event, we created a special area called the "Builder’s Dance Stage," where developers could start with the APTOS Indexer API, learn how to build dApps using our tools, and explore Nodit’s Data API.

We were truly touched by some of you who waited up to two hours to learn. It was amazing to see how our shared language, Move, and our collective love for coding connected everyone.

Thanks to all your support, team Nodit had an amazing time showcasing both Nodit and Datasquare. What we loved the most was meeting so many incredible builders and trusted partners in Korea. We’re already looking forward to catching up with everyone again next time!

Event Highlights

Besides our own event, our Business Lead, Jae Kim also gave speeches at two other co-hosted events to share more about Nodit: “Web3 Society x Intercellar: Global Web3 Builders 🇰🇷” and “Web3 Tech-Lunch on the Rooftop.”

Additionally, as part of Aptos and a sponsor of the hackathon “Code Collision,” we took the opportunity to connect with top Aptos dApps and the Aptos team at the Aptos Experience.

Web3 Society x Intercellar: Global Web3 Builders 🇰🇷

At an event hosted by the French developer community and local projects, which was filled with passion and wine, our Business Lead, Jae, introduced Nodit. The event aimed to support global Web3 builders, and we were thrilled to connect with new friends from France.

Web3 Tech-Lunch on the Rooftop

At the SuperWalk event, which featured the Move-to-Earn project based on KAIA and Arbitrum, we had the opportunity to showcase how Nodit’s Data API and RPC node can benefit builders. We also offered some great perks, including a $50 credit promo and extra credits from AWS and Google Cloud. These offers captured the attention of many exciting projects.

Aptos Experience

Lastly, we attended the Aptos Experience Seoul, where we connected with the Aptos team and discussed plans for a self-hosted gRPC transaction stream service, which we’re excited to roll out soon. It's been a busy, rewarding week filled with meaningful connections and exciting collaborations!

It was fantastic seeing everyone at the Aptos Experience and connecting with such amazing partners! Team Nodit will try the best to explore new opportunities and achieve even more together. Please stay in tuned.
