Solana support is now officially live on Nodit’s Node Service, available on both Mainnet and Devnet. The Mainnet provides a production-ready environment for deployed applications, while the Devnet offers a publicly accessible space for developers to test and experiment.

The launch of Frankendancer, a validator client built by the Firedancer team, added greater validator diversity, while nearly 75% of staked SOL participated in the SIMD-228 vote — the highest governance turnout seen on any blockchain.

Technical improvements have also been significant: replay times, once a bottleneck, are now consistently under 400ms, keeping epochs reliably at 48 hours. In parallel, the introduction of the Pinocchio library has optimized Compute Units, raising execution limits from 50M to 60M, giving developers more room for complex applications.

The growth has also been evident in adoption metrics. In January 2025, Solana handled more than 200 million daily transactions, added over 400,000 new wallets, and reached $39 billion in daily DEX volume, all while maintaining full uptime. These achievements underscore how robust the network has become and how actively the ecosystem is improving scalability and developer experience.

Meanwhile, data from Blockworks also shows that application revenue on Solana has been growing steadily since Q3 2023. The last two quarters alone recorded more than $1 billion in app revenue each, marking a significant jump over previous periods. This consistent growth reflects a healthy ecosystem and positions Solana as an industry leader in app revenue.
