Nodit Unveils Exclusive Aptos Webhook API at Consensus 2025

TL;DR

  • Exclusive Webhook API officially live for Aptos developers.
  • Nodit announced Webhook at Consensus 2025.
  • Blockchain engineer Dara joined Aptos Builder's Hour to demo the feature.

Builders, It’s finally happening!

During Consensus 2025 in Hong Kong, Team Nodit shared some big announcement at the event ”Aptos Builder’s Hour”, where we revealed that the Webhook feature for the Aptos ecosystem is officially live!

This feature allows developers to receive real-time notifications for on-chain events, eliminating the need for inefficient polling and reducing infrastructure load. We’d like to highlight that this is the only Webhook API available on Aptos right now!

Why you may need the Webhooks?

If you’ve ever built on Aptos, you know the struggle of constantly polling APIs to check for new transactions, contract events, or token transfers. It’s inefficient, slows down development, and eats up resources.

With Webhook support, on-chain updates come to you instantly. Instead of continuously querying the blockchain, your system gets notified only when relevant events happen, making your dApp faster, leaner, and easier to manage.

⚙️Aptos Webhook:

Get real-time updates for on-chain events and track your contract function calls with our Aptos webhook. Streamline your workflows with reliable, scalable notifications designed for seamless integration.

What Went Down at Consensus 2025 In HK?

To give builders a first look at our latest update, our blockchain engineer Dara unveiled Webhook support at Aptos Builder’s Hours on February 20.

The session walked developers through real-world use cases, showing how Webhooks eliminate the need for repetitive API calls and deliver instant on-chain event updates.

One highlight of the session was our $50 credit offer, which developers were glad to use while testing and building their upcoming products. With Webhook support now live, many Aptos builders are already exploring how it can simplify real-time data processing for their applications.

What’s Next? gRPC Stream is On Its Way

Webhooks are just the beginning. We’re also bringing gRPC transaction streaming to Aptos, enabling developers to manage high-frequency data flows with even more efficiency. Stay tuned for the first-hand update!
