The US Industry Hits a Turning Point, and Nodit Is There at the Front

TL;DR:

  • Regulatory clarity has arrived and Nodit is ready to support teams building in this new environment
  • DAS NYC 2026 brings together industry leaders and Nodit is on the ground to connect and collaborate
  • Now is the time to build and Nodit helps you scale with reliable blockchain infrastructure

The Timing Couldn't Be More Perfect

On March 17, 2026, the SEC and CFTC jointly released the landmark Token Taxonomy and Investment Contract Interpretation — the most consequential U.S. crypto policy document in years. For the first time, the U.S. government formally classified digital assets into five categories: digital commodities, digital collectibles, digital tools, stablecoins, and digital securities. Sixteen major assets — including BTC, ETH, SOL, and XRP — were explicitly named as digital commodities, bringing a decade of regulatory uncertainty to a close.

SEC Chairman Paul Atkins said it plainly at the DC Blockchain Summit: "We're not the Securities and Everything Commission anymore."

The headwinds have officially turned to tailwinds. And Digital Asset Summit (DAS) NYC 2026 is where the industry will begin to unpack what comes next.

What's Happening at DAS NYC 2026

Produced by Blockworks, the Digital Asset Summit is the premier institutional conference at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance. This year's event runs March 24–26 at Javits Center North, New York City, bringing together asset managers, hedge funds, banks, DeFi architects, regulators, and policy makers.

Chairman  Paul S. Atkins himself is headlining Day 1 — making this the first time the sitting SEC Chair will take the DAS stage. Key conversations will span:

  • Stablecoins & Payments — how the new taxonomy shapes global payment infrastructure
  • Institutional Integration — BlackRock, JPMorgan, and the move to settle assets onchain
  • DeFi & Tokenization — protocol design, RWA issuance, and market structure evolution
  • Regulation & Policy — what the token taxonomy means for builders and allocators right now

Meet Nodit at DAS NYC 2026

Nodit is attending DAS NYC 2026, and our Business Lead Jae Kim will be on the ground throughout the event.

With the regulatory picture becoming clearer and teams are moving fast, the infrastructure decisions you make now will define how you scale. Whether you're a protocol, an institutional fund, or a fintech building on blockchain rails, having the right infrastructure partner matters more than ever.

Jae is available to connect on:

  • Blockchain infrastructure consulting — architecting reliable, scalable node and data infrastructure
  • Partnership opportunities — for teams looking to integrate or expand with Nodit's suite of APIs and services
  • Applied advisory — working through real use cases in the post-taxonomy regulatory environment
  • APAC market insights — firsthand perspective on the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape in Asia, including South Korea's growing stablecoin discussion and what it means for teams eyeing APAC expansion or cross-border infrastructure

If you're at DAS and want to talk infrastructure, reach out and set up time with Jae directly.

The Rules Are Set. Who Moves First Wins.

The SEC's token taxonomy didn't just bring regulatory clarity, it sent a signal to the entire global market that the U.S. is open for business in digital assets. DAS NYC 2026 is where that signal gets translated into strategy, deals, and infrastructure decisions.

There's never been a better time to be building. And there's no better place to be this week than New York.

With SOC 2 Type II compliance, Nodit meets the security and reliability standards expected by institutions. We have been working closely with financial institutions across APAC, supporting their transition into production-ready blockchain infrastructure.

If you are looking for reliable data and node infrastructure for your business, Nodit is ready to support you.
